Before you get confused, this list was made when I was high on a lot of coffee and sugar. My best friend, Ishita and I made this list while we were having coconut water out of Sandy, my dear dead coconut. We bought her for Rs. 40 at Shilp Chowk (5 rupees more than what she was worth.) She was a delightful coconut (Don't ask why 'she'). We love her very much.
RIP SANDY
(October 30th, 2015 - November 1st, 2015)
Sandy was named after the beach she came from. The beach was Sandy. Yes, it makes sense. But before naming Sandy, I actually Googled "Names for a coconut" and found absolutely nothing. I mean, theres names for babies, bikes and dogs and cats. Why not coconuts? So I decided to make a list of names for a coconut with Ishita. This is legit, I'm telling you.
Presenting to you, Top 14 names for a coconut :
1. Coco (Coco-nut. Thats why.)
2. Jumbo (Ya-ya yeah, Coco "Jumbo". Please tell me you get it)
3. Cola (Coco - Cola)
4. Bounty (Coconut's most delightful form. For some of us, at least)
5. Big Nut (I like Big Nuts and I cannot lie. Jk. Ishita's idea.)
6. Lucifer (Cocos Nucifera. Scientific name for the coconut. Thus, Nucifera = Lucifer)
7. Aam Nari (Nariyal-Nari? Get it? Also, Aam Nari cuz generic term)
8. Nira (Fake Coconut Water)
9. Sandy (Already explain above. RIP Sandy)
10. Strawberry (Coconut is a giant berry. And you poke a straw in it to have it. So Strawberry)
11. Bhindi (Cuz parents believe in YOLO. Just like North West's did.)
12. Bruno (Generic name for anything/anyone)
13. Batman (Ishita's idea.)
14. Honor (Because Hodor reminds me of a coconut)
